It is my privilege to convey my feelings and gratitude to "SAMYA FOUNDATION" and its founder Dr. Aditi Bandyopadhyay. Me and my son are attached with this esteemed foundation from 2017, as a student of Dance and Movement Therapy. It is really a great experience and enjoyment to attent DMT classes- not only for my son but also for me too. In DMT class I can see

I am associated with SAMYA FOUNDATION with its beginning days. I have witnessed its journey through the path of success with lots of thoughts, time and efforts. Start journey with children and now working with adolescents groups tells its realistic approach towards the individuals with special needs. Wishing a whole hearted success of SAMYA FOUNDATION with its upcoming programmes and initiatives.

My son Dipta Ranjan Das ( Tojo) aged 19years has been attending DMT classes and other activites of Samya Foundation for last 3years. From the very beginning , he has been extremely enthusiastic about participating in DMT sessions which has given him the stimulus to perform different activites independently. It has also inculcated a sense of association,fellow feeling and responsibility towards his peers. His attention span and response to commands has improved remarkably. Even in these trying times, online DMT sessions have helped to control his emotional lability and restore his mental tranquility. I sincerely hope that regular DMT sessions commencing in future will provide intense mental support to Dipta Ranjan and help him to attain a reasonable level of independence in his future life.

My child prithwish has been enjoying the Dance and movement therapy for Approx five years in SAMYA.Dr Aditi Bandopadhyay mam and four fantastic mams who are very efficiently handling my child to do warm up ; meditation; play dance n movement class.prithwish's imitation skill; body awareness; ability to express emotions and muscular strength are gradually improving now.Prithwish did not need any other therapy like occupational or play therapy.Aditi Mam's advices always helped me a lot while journey in speed boat; cruise or ship named "kalighat" in Andaman tour. standing in a que with holding Aadhar card or boarding pass showed great mood management.DMT classes are benefial for all our mental health.To me."SAMYA" means.."eki sutre bandhiyachhi sohoshro jeevan"

Samya, is a name that my child and I like a lot.Dance and Movement Therapy in Samya has helped my child in many ways.We wait eagerly for our weekly classes at Samya.It's not just therapy that we get at Samya but the fun we have while doing r classes.Here we play, dance, imitate,sing, draw, exercise and do many other things while we r doing DMT.Every child enjoys this. We have many friends here.It's a big fat family.Chandramauli, my son loves his Aditi aunty,Ananya maam, Annmary maam, Angelus maam, Sriyanka maam, and Priyanka maam.The purpose of our Samya family is to serve d people in all possible ways.Our children are our strength.May the Almighty help our Samya to grow in leaps n bounds and touch more lives.

All actions of SAMYA centers around the slogan " All you need is love". Basing on the universal concept that music and art can break barriers SAMYA Foundation is striving for the holistic development of the Children and Adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities with its invincible Dance and Movement therapy. Each life connected through these activities lightens other lives in the immediate environment creating a ripple of awakening, empowering and liberation. From the core of my heart I wish SAMYA to move ahead one after another step for serving the Persons with IDD.

I came to know about Samya Foundation and DMT madam (as my daughter calls her) Dr.Aditi Bandyopadhyay, when I already spent twenty years with Autism. DMT is an unique format of therapy where the trainer through music, beats and rhythmic body movement train the child to keep calm and organized.

Dance & movement therapy at Samya foundation is an awesome way of teaching people with neurological developmental difficulties various social, emotional, physical & cognitive skills. As a parent I find the best part about Samya is it's unique "Learn with fun" technique.This therapy is very helpful because it is a group therapy with individual attention to every child.

I consider, a great privilege to write few words on an organization which is dedicated to the well beings of differently able children, Samya Foundation. Every child whether normally abled or differently abled has unique talent which needs to be explored, encouraged and nurtured. However, for the differently abled children, these talents are often neglected owing to reluctance of the society at large. Samya Foundation has given tremendous effort to break this shackle with plenty of creative ideas and applications involving a great number of differently abled children and their parents. As a parent of a differently abled child, I feel great pleasure and comfort when I find my child's hidden talents are showcased to the World and his confidence level has raised to a great extent through the incessant support of Samya Foundation. I deeply acknowledge and am very much grateful to Samya for enhancing and exhibiting my child's and his friends' capabilities and inculcating the spirit of life into the minds of the children and their parents. Thank you.

I am attached with SAMYA through last 4 years. It helps my daughter a lot, improves her ability to response instantly, follow instructions, participate in any group activities. The most important matter is that my daughter enjoys the class heartily and eagerly waits for the next session. The whole class environment, the presence of her favourite Aditi aunty and other friends and also the interaction with Angelus mam, Priyanka mam, Ann Mery mam, Srianka mam fills her mind with happiness and positivity. From my point, I get all types of necessary suggestions from SAMYA organisation and feel very proud to be a member of such a cooperative family.
